1. About This Practice

Integrated Psychology Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed) is operated by Catherine Condon, a registered psychologist (AHPRA Registration: PSY0001120216) and endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist. Services are provided in person in Blackburn, Hampton, and Murrumbeena, and via telehealth across Australia.

2. Professional Services

The psychological services provided by Integrated Psychology are for adults seeking individual therapy and/or professional supervision. Services are not suitable as a substitute for emergency mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or call 000.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Ongoing counselling: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $250 cancellation fee.

TRTP: Cancellations more than one week prior to the commencement of TRTP are accepted without fee. Cancellations within one week of the first TRTP session incur a $250 fee. Cancellations during a course of TRTP are strongly discouraged and may affect therapeutic outcomes.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are $250 per hour for telehealth sessions and $285 per hour for in-person sessions. Invoices are issued after each session and must be paid by bank transfer prior to the commencement of the next session. Integrated Psychology does not bulk bill.

5. Medicare and Private Health Insurance

Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan are entitled to a Medicare rebate on eligible sessions. You pay the full fee upfront and claim the rebate directly through Medicare. Integrated Psychology is not responsible for rebate amounts, eligibility, or changes to Medicare policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Integrated Psychology's liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of psychological services is limited to the fee paid for the session in which the issue arose.
